It didn't have much flavor or spice to it. I prefer very strong flavors and/or heat in hot sauces. I liked Seed Ranch's Carolina Reaper Thai Green better than this one, the Smoked Jalapeno. But even their Reaper sauce isn't as hot as other sauces that I've tried with Carolina Reaper in them. So, if you're a fan of spicy, then I suggest "sizing up" with this brand, and going for a hotter spice than usual.
