This product is great for my line of work in an animal rescue cleaning Kennels and getting on my knees. I did however notice that the velcro only attacked on the left side. So that means the right leg the velcro in on the inner thigh which the left leg is on the left outer side of the body. So if you do get up just right your right leg can get "caught" and unstrap it. Basically they gave me two left knee pads. It's not bad per say but a design flaw if anything. My legs stopped bruising so horribly because of the product. The only thing I would change is the position of the velcro being different for specific leg
