Product Description
Strong and Durable
The go-to tire levers for everything from early morning hill climbs to weekend century rides, Gorilla Force™ tire levers are the must-have tool for every cyclist. Strong and durable enough for bike mechanics but lightweight (0.6 ounces) and compact enough to stow in your saddle bag for every ride.
Ergonomic and Efficient
The unique curved shape and finger grips make it super comfortable to use. A molded-in pivot point helps position the levers for optimal pry force so you can remove even the tightest tires. In addition to an improved tip shape to quickly grab the tire bead, the hook at the base is extra wide to clip onto both round and bladed spokes. And unlike metal levers, the ultra-strong and self-lubricating plastic will not scratch or gouge high performance carbon or aluminum rims.

Ended up needing to use three levers which is why this four pack is perfect.
But some combinations of rim and tire are quite tight! Then you need leverage, preferably without pinching the tube and ruining it. Plastic levers with a little curl on the end to catch the tire bead do the trick. If they are thick, they weigh a tiny bit more, but they don't break and are easier to hold. When it's really tight, you may need to place one, hooking the other end around a spoke, then add a second or even a third tire lever.
These levers were well-priced and do the trick.
They did not exactly press together for storage as a group when not in use like the park tool version, if that matters to you. There was enough variance that sometimes they popped back apart after being stacked together, at least in the ones I received.
I have various ones of these, but I like to take several in each bike bag in case I need to remove a tire on a ride. These work well enough to be my first choice at home in the shop as well.
