I used this to clean a Zildjian 16” A Custom EFX which wasn’t too dirty to begin with, but it really shined it up nice. Be careful around the printing on the cymbals because it can take that off, too.

I haven't cleaned my cymbals, ever. So this is 10 years of dirt. Using this stuff and elbow grease, I was able to make my hihats sparkle agian.

I would not expect to achieve extremely blinding results but these are my cymbals after 1 use. I’ve owned all but one of these cymbals for about 20 years and only polished them once about 18 years ago with brasso. The results from using brasso was the removal of a lot of the logos so I only wiped them off since then. Needless to say my cymbals looked rough but after only 1 application this was my results and I’m very satisfied! I only used elbow grease and an old t-shirt, no power tools. I don’t believe this removed any more logos than the brasso already didn’t and I wasn’t trying to avoid them or take it easy on the locations that had any logos. I’m not worried about it since I’m fully aware of what I own and I’m not endorsed by any cymbal manufacturer. I’m more concerned with altering the sound or removing any metal or finish resulting in possibly making my cymbals In any way shape or form more brittle.

My cymbals were in terrible condition. They got restored to about 95% of the original condition. Deep marks cannot be removed as they are permanent damage.
The markings get removed too :-(
