CRC Belt Conditioner really works on Some Belts
This worked for my use perfect, I had new belts put on my car, one year later, every morning when I would start my car the belts would squeal for about 2-3 seconds. I got this and sprayed a little on both belts on my 2005 Hyundai Sonata 4 cylinder engine and they have been quiet ever since. Will have to see over time how long that lasts. I have been using various CRC products for years and they always seem to work pretty well, this one is no exception.

Driving an old 25 year old BMW that was making chirping noises in the belt pulley area under the hood. I tried everything. Took it to two repair shops, had pulleys checked and replaced, new belts, pulley alignment and the noise would just not go away and was driving me insane. Even tried dialectic grease. I would have tried this product earlier but the so called internet car experts said never use this on a belt. Boy are they wrong. I applied about a third of the can on my belts and the chirping squealing noises disappeared. It's been a month now so it does last. I ordered more and keep a can in my car in case it starts chirping again but haven't heard anything yet. Will most likely need to be reapplied at some point.

 It barely had a squeak before but I decided to try this stuff. Now its squeaking so freakin loud im worried I'm gonna wake the neighbors just having the car running. Ive had it running now for 45 minutes because some reviews say it squeaks at first and stops. Not only that the engine is starting to make a bumping noise, you can hear it in the video, and when i tried turning it off for a minute and restarting it I had trouble getting the car started which has never happened I maintain my cars well. I would absolutely not recommend this stuff.

Even if it does stop squeaking (its been almost an hour now) i dont recommend it because how long this process supposedly takes to start working. This almost makes me wonder of the validity of all these reviews.
